I am a single mon and I have a son who got accepted at a very good private school. He is very excited to attend and is interested in science and technology. My son has the potential to excell and just needs the opportunity. I live in a dangerous neighborhood and is fearful sending him to the public schools here. He also does not want to attend the public school. The kids that go there are outrageous. (getting in fights, guns, etc). His dad does not help us, as a matter of fact we have not seen him since 2001. No one cannot find him, do not even know where he is. May God bless him. I am rasing my son by myself by the grace of God and want to give him a good education in a better school. My son is excited and looking forward for this dream. The school does not offer financial aid. It is difficult to keeping a roof over our head and put food on the table. The cost of living in my state is very high, and being a single mom is not an easy task. Is there any help out there for me. I will like my son's dream to come true for him and I want him to become a responsible man when he grows up. I have tried other sources and programs to no avail.
